All products are shipped from our Oregon studio. We carry a small inventory and our handcrafted products are made to order.  At times, your order may be delivered in a container not pictured on the website.  Rest assured, the product inside the container will remain the same. Processing of our Luxury Skincare products with you in mind can take up to 10 business days for our detailed handcrafting process.

MOD Cares offers FREE shipping within the United States on all orders over $75.00.  

Orders will be shipped USPS or FedEx. Tracking numbers will be provided on all shipments.

Orders placed after 5 pm PST, on weekends or holidays, will be processed the following business day.

In the rare instance a shipment is delayed, we will notify you via email.
