Process and Shipping Times

All products are shipped from our Oregon Studio.   We carry only a small inventory and our handcrafted products are made to order.  Please allow up to 5 business days for our detailed handcrafting process.

MOD Cares offers FREE shipping within the United States on all orders over $75.00.  

Orders will be shipped USPS or FedEx.  Tracking numbers will be provided on all shipments.

Orders placed after 5 pm PST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the following business day.

In the rare instant that shipment is delayed we will notify you via email.

Return Policy

We stand behind our products and their results. We know you will fall in love with all of the MOD-ifying your skin will encounter, but should you not be 100% satisfied please contact us as soon as possible.

30-DAY Guarantee

We know ordering skin care online comes with additional stress.  MOD Cares offers you the opportunity to fully try the product within 30 days and if for some reason you are not satisfied we would love to trouble shoot the problem.  If you remain unsatisfied we will refund your money or exchange your product within 30 days of ordering.  30-Day Guarantee may only be used once per product and once per order. The guarantee excludes trial sizes, gift sets and non-cosmetic products.
